As for multi origin blends we as exporters are allowed by the Sri Lanka Tea Board to import good quality teas of other origins for the preparation of tea bag blends and preparation of herbal and specialty tea blends. According to the tea board regulations all such imported teas must be re-exported within a stipulated period of time.
